DXR Series Full-automatic Plastic Cup Forming Filling Sealing Machine

        The  DXR series machines are applicable to the packaging production of yogurt,  milk, beverage, butter, cheese,seasoning, ice cream, etc.
        with the output  variant  from  6000 cups/hour  to 50000  cups/hour.  The whole process from plastic cup forming,  labelling, filling,  sealing,
        date  printing,  cutting and product  transportation  is completed full - automatically.  These machines are equipped  with world  famous top
        brands systems of servo drive,  PLC,  touch panel,  temperature control,  photoelectric control, pneumatic control, automatic lubricating, etc.
        These series machines, which have the functions of wrap around labelling, side labelling, 2-chamber cup, children cup, butter and cheese
        etc. are the full-automatic equipments for high-qualilty, high-efficiency, low power consumption production in modernized enterprises.
  • Integrated  combined  cutting mold made  by high  grade  die   steel  has  long service life. The mold is  designed  base on quick change concept. It can realize different cutting modes of  two  cups multi -pack, four cups multi-pack and six cups multi-pack etc. through simple adjustment.
  • Online fruit bit  (fruit jam)  essence dynamic mixing devices guarantee the uniform mixture of fruit bit  and  material  and  the low break rate of  fruit  bit. Such device can process  the dynamic mixture and  distribution of maximum four kinds of fruit bit and essence at same time.
  • Using  latest  movement  control  technology,  the main working positions are driven by servo motor. The movement   of  all working positions is good in synchronism and flexibility.  The operation of the machine become more stable and the capacity become higher.
  • Unique separate dosing filling system.  The application of  the latest type rotary valve and valve core which has high  filling accuracy reduces the shear force against the material to the lowest level and keep at most the viscosity of the material during the filling.
  • Photoelectric inspection and servo controlled deviation rectifying system guarantees the accuracy of the forming, cutting stations.
  • Integrated  CIP device  which  in  accordance  with  hygienic standard guarantees the pipes,  valves,  valve blocks and pistons which contact the material can be fully cleaned by rinsing.
  • The forming and filling stations are protected by the positive pressure of cleaned air from 100 class laminar flow system to enhance the hygienic standard and shelf life of the product.
  • The  wrap around  labelling  technology  which owns the patent  of  invention and  the high accuracy servo control system, guarantee the accuracy and stability of the wrap around labelling.
  • The machine can be equipped with non-stop film ( sealing film and sheet ) connection device to enhance the efficiency of the machine adequately.
